Codegarden, Umbraco's international conference for users and developers alike, is coming up later this month. Held in Odense, Denmark each year, Codegarden celebrates the Umbraco community as a whole and features speakers covering a wide range of relevant topics. A full slate of workshops covers topics for developers, end-users, marketers, and business owners.
As an Umbraco Gold Partner, FYIN has a long history with the CMS and has attended Codegarden many times (as well as other Umbraco conferences around the world). We are proud to have several Umbraco pros on our team!
This year, we threw our hat into the ring for an Umbraco Award. In August of 2024, we launched a new website for Cielo Talent, an international leader in Talent Acquisition. This highly collaborative project resulted in a world-class website that puts the Cielo team in the driver's seat when it comes to the backoffice editing experience. Therefore, we submitted the project for the "Best Editing Experience" award.
Umbraco HQ informed us recently that we are in the top three of all submissions in this category. Only two US-based agencies were selected for Umbraco Awards this year. Winners will be announced during the Codegarden event on June 18th.
This award category highlights "a positive editing experience [that] leads to happier end-users." We're proud of the work we've done on this project, including an elegant back-office experience engineered by Scott, one of our Umbraco pros. The site was constructed using a mix-and-match approach with reusable modules that provide a lot of creative freedom for Cielo Talent's editors.
